OUR Vision
Being transformed by and extending God's love through worship, hospitality, and service.
OUR HISTORY
Preston MC has a rich history, celebrating more than 200 years as a faithful Mennonite presence in this community.
Preston Mennonite Church is fully accessible. Located at our front entrance, there is an automatic door button, and ramp. The elevator is located on the main level which can take guests to the sanctuary level (up) or lower lever where we often have meals or events. An accessible washroom is available on the lower level.
Worship is livestreamed every Sunday morning at 10:30am for people living at Fairview Mennonite Home.
The sanctuary at Preston is air-conditioned for your comfort. Hearing-assist headsets are also available. We stive to provide an hospitable space that is open and welcoming to all guests.
WE ACKNOWLEDGE THIS LAND AND WORK FOR A BETTER TOMORROW
The land on which we gather is located on the Haldimand Tract and traditional territories of the Chonnonton, Anishinaabe, and Haudenosaunee peoples-part of the Dish with One Spoon Covenant Wampum between the Haudenosaunee and Anishinaabe peoples. This acknowledgement reminds us all as newcomers of our responsibilities to “all our relations” and the ancestral lands which we share and live on. May we all commit to gain knowledge, forge new culturally safe relationships, and contribute to reconciliation.
