Before Worship

Coffee Time at 9:30am

Before our worship service begins, we warmly invite you and your company to enjoy coffee, tea and refreshments in the lower hall. This time of fellowship helps us deepen relationship with each other, and support our church family.

Sunday Worship

Our Sunday Worship begins at 10:30am.

PMC is a casual place where you'll meet caring people, sing songs from Voices Together, and hear a message that's personally practical, culturally relevant, and biblically based from an Anabaptist-Mennonite perspective. In our worship service, we include a sharing time to support each other in joys and concerns before praying together as a community. We invite you to participate the way you feel most comfortable.

After Worship

Once/month, our wonderful hosts and leaders host a potluck to share a meal together!

The best way to get to know each other is over food. Whenever we're hosting a potluck, we encourage everyone to join in the lower fellowship hall for a potluck meal. If you're not familiar with a potluck, it is where everyone brings a dish, side or desert to share. It's always fun, and always delicious! 

When You Arrive

We're located at 791 Concession Road in Cambridge.

When you arrive, there are parking spaces on the right and left sides of the building. One of our hosts will greet you at the door. Please let us know if there is something we can do to be make the experience more comfortable while you're here.

Sanctuary

You may choose to sit wherever is most comfortable. We have pews, cushions, and comfortable cushioned chairs, some with arm rests. There are also spaces for wheelchairs.

We provide bulletins to help ease your mind about what's coming next. Any additional words or worship features will be displayed on the screen. In your pew, or under your chair, there is a purple hymn book called "Voices Together" which we use to sing together. You are welcome to bring your own bible if you wish.

Leadership

A worship leader will guide you through the service. You are welcome to participate in singing, sharing of prayers, contemplation/meditation, and communion on days we celebrate the sacrament. Some Sundays, the message time may be more casual and engage other ways for the congregation to participate.

We are very appreciative of the many hosts and leaders who serve on Sunday mornings! We value hospitality as one of our strengths.

Helpful Notes

A lift attendant is available.
Listening devices are available at the tech desk.
Washrooms are available on the lower level, including a universal washroom.
Parking note: The back parking lot may be full as we share our parking spaces with Fairview Seniors Community next door. Please let us know if you did not find a close parking space so that we can stay informed of how many spaces we have available.
